Back in 2007, I was diagnosed with General Anxiety Disorder and it totally took over my life.. I've been through divorce, lost my mother, lost my home, and lost my job. It was painful and I felt like a failure. So I got the courage, went to rehab and got help, The journey was a long road to recovery, but I now live a healthy balanced life. Being an advocate is important to me because I believe the only way we’re going to remove the judgment and discrimination surrounding mental health is by sharing our stories..
I've shared my personal story as a Keynote Speaker on stages around the world, and I have been featured on, CTV News and Ever Talk T.V in Hollywood.
